Neostatic HB 155 Antistatic Agent for thermoplastics
- suitable for all thermoplastics
- special feasibility for inclusion into EPS (foamed polystyrene)
- reduces the electrostatic charging of surface resistance up to 107 - 108 Ohm
- very small amount of coating material: 4 - 6 mg / m2

Application is carried out by immersing, coating, applying by rollers or spraying with a
1 percentage NEOSTATIC solution in distilled water or in a mixture of
distilled water/alcohol.
For moulding parts of EPS it is possible to provide an anti-static treatment with the
NEOSTATIC method during the foaming process. By that, EPS moulding parts are
antistatic inside too.
Contact with metallic surfaces may result in corrosion damage.
